ZombieMage is developed by Filmtelligentsia, Inc. This policy explains, in plain language, what information ZombieMage collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. ZombieMage does not require an account, does not sell your personal data, and does not share it with third parties except the advertising and analytics providers described below.

Information we collect

ZombieMage collects anonymous gameplay analytics to help us understand how the game is played and to improve it over time. This includes things like:

  • Session length and play frequency
  • Chapter and level progress
  • In-app purchase activity (which items were purchased, not your payment details)

This data is not tied to your name or contact information, and no account is required to play.

Advertising and tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

ZombieMage may show advertising to support the game. If you consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we and our advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to personalize the ads you see and measure how well they perform.

  • You will always be asked for consent before any tracking-related identifier is used, via Apple's standard ATT prompt.
  • You can decline this prompt, and the game will function normally with non-personalized ads instead.
  • You can review or withdraw this consent at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

In-app purchases

All in-app purchases in ZombieMage are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information — that information is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties, with the following exceptions:

  • Analytics providers, who help us understand anonymous gameplay data described above.
  • Advertising providers, who serve ads and, only with your ATT consent, personalize them using your device's advertising identifier.

Children's privacy

ZombieMage is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will address it.

Your rights and choices

Because ZombieMage doesn't require an account and doesn't collect personally identifying data by default, most data associated with your device can be reset by resetting your device's advertising identifier or withdrawing tracking consent in iOS Settings. If you have questions about your data or would like to make a data request, contact us at the email below and we'll respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time as the game evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
